Bought a 2009 Charger wrecked to rebuild. Putting in passengers air bag tonight. Got dash out and decided to take another beer break and took some pics. Could they not make this job easier? It's no wonder they total out so many cars with the cost of replacing all the parts needed( bags ,module, clockspring, windshield). And some have seat air bags and side curtains. I have seen many minor accidents that total because of the cost of air bag parts. Also took pics of other customer projects, 80 vette wheel bearing and 57 Olds tri-power tune-up. Damn this beer taste good.

Q: who designs this crap???

A: folks makin mo money than most of us here:sheep:

Got the instrument panel installed and was hooking everthing back up when I found the salvage yard had cut the connector off the clockspring for the air bag and tucked it up behind the defroster vent. Dash back out again and strip off covers and duct work and 2 hours later ready to go back in. Good thing I bought a 30 pack.
