who should i have tune

I didn't say that:D but you made 560rwhp in a QC with the stock Roe pulley. I know Torrie is a great tuner, but Sean's no amatuer.

I'd throw it on a dyno, and email Sean the results... have him check it for you.

yea the guy that done all the work was on the phone with roe the whole time and he said it was bout perfect with the results im thinking maybe a tranny could help or the track wasnt prepped the day i went

562hp at the wheels on sean's 1st tune didnt even run the meth or the more aggressive tunes:)

Nothing wrong with Seans tune, just need to get it dialed in. The dyno day with Torrie we had Santeen and Chub made alot of pulls to get it dialed in. Cant do it in one shot.

yea ive made 4 pulls and it wasnt showing any major worries so called it safe and came home

Call Sean.

If you find a Dyno Jet, and coordinate with him...he can tune it remotely, as long as you can get the data log to him on each run via the internet, he can review the data and direct the changes...

Much better to fly him in...did it a year ago and it was a fine time!

yea i was goin to do that but sometihng came up and he had to cancel

i think the 1st thing i need to do is jus forge the motor and bump it it 10psi pulley might be safer bet for more hp:elefant:

good deal i think this will be the plan that way get a idea of what another tuner thinks then maybe make a pass and see if i can go faster than 13.3

Sean got 598 rwhp and almost 700 ft lbs of tq out of mine on the 10 lbs pulley but you will be on the ragged edge. To me, it just wasn't worth waiting for the day it was going to let loose. I would recommend staying as is or forging the motor and then go for big numbers.

yea i take it the tq went up a lot on the 10 pd pulley

Do you have the new Whipple or the old style Lysholm?

508/505 is what i'm putting down, cam, headers, meth, vec... But i won't touch it until i forge the bottom end.

I've gotten real good with the excusse, "it's tuned on the safe side":)

This is the wisdom of experience.

Sean spent about five hours on mine over two days...then added a few few minor changes after a thirty minute ride with his finely tuned ear listening to the engine from the cab on the road...

Listen to Dom!  (About this stuff...there are some areas that he seems to stray from the rational ranks...):D :D :D

Hey Chris after you forge it you can always run Stinkers 7" crank pulley with stocl pulley and you will be at 11PSI boost with less belt slippage, when you put the 10PSI ROE pulley on its smaller and more prone to slippage, just a thought, thats what I did and there's several others too.
