Does anyone here have access to manheim are any of the other wholesale auction. I am sorta interested in a Bentley and I am curious what those are going for. I really want an Arnage.

I don't know as much about the wholesale auctions as I pretend, but, from what i can tell there is a huge discount on used high end cars. I remember reading somewhere that it was best to be the 3rd owner of any car that cost over 200k.

Even on ebay a bentley with say 30k miles is only $50-65k. That is a car that was sold for 250-300k.

I am not sure how crazy the maintenance will be, but i figure a vw bentley is probably better build quality.

Problems with low production european exotics is cost of parts is EXPENSIVE!!! I wouldn't say a better build quality but the fit and finish of the interior and other parts might be better. Have you checked insurance on one? That's another aspect.

So here is the interesting things with Bentley's. The engine is VW, the tranny is GM (has been for years), the brakes are Brembo, the electronics Bosch. In actuality there is very little in these things that are not reused on other cars now. If you go with one 2002 or later the quality went way, way up.

Insurance cost isn't a factor.
