Who's truck is this?

This one was at an auction in Baltimore today. VIN #3D7HA18H55G807378.
Anyone recognize it? its an 05 QC. Anytime I see one that has been fixed up, I wonder who had it. Wheels look sorta cool, I dunno.

Don't know the name, but I am 99.5% sure it was the truck that was just finished at the shop I just got my truck back from here in Norfolk, VA. see link.
