Widest tires on a production car??

What is horizontal wheel gap like with a normal drop, how much could the fenders be rolled to accommodate a wider tire?

I think we can get an extra 1" inward, and maybe 1" outward on our trucks without doing major mods.

Is anyone running M&H 390's on a custom wheel with the proper backspacing? I'm running 390's at the track but I bought them used and the backspacing is horrible, they stick out like an inch and a half.

Sticking out sucks! 1. It doesn't look good on these trucks. 2. It fucks your paint up. Tucked under is the only way to go!

I agree. Looks like shit, but would hook like a mofo! Big tires can hook on gravel! lol
