She'll blow a 1.96/on the meter, with all (4) cat's in place. The legal limit is 2.02/California, infact I'd say California had alot to do with the four/cat's being on the Truck in the first place!
Of course I'm running Boomer's mids with NO/cat's.....

If your state has a "sniffer" test, then no you will fail BAD. But if you just have a state like texas that plugs into the odb test post and uses the truck computer then you will be fine as long as they don't see the cats are missing.

In AZ, the first 5 years of a new car is not testing, after that they used to require it to be sniffed every two years.. now any car/truck with OBDII they just hook up and test.... and of course still take yer money...

So you can pass emissions in TX with midpipes/sims??? I thought they did the sniff test in Dallas? If so, this is great news....I was worried about getting the midpipes cause my company might send me back to TX in a year or so....

If you car is older than '96 or '97, they sniffer test it. Newer cars just get obd tested. (thats the way it works around Houston ne way). And 83' and older get nothing but heead lights and blinkers. Or you can get an antique plates and you don't need and inspection sticker.

it will not pass in dallas.
i lived there,they are pretty strict about the emissions.
i live in san antonio now and it will not here either but if you know someone then you are ok.
