Will my 8 take my 10

I'm on the road a lot, so I don't have a chance to race my wife's Magnum SRT-8. I know that as per Motor Trend the 8 will win from a dig, but which will come out on top from a 20 roll. The mods on the 8 are res delete and k&n, and the mods for the 10 are res delete.

O yeah great forum, bought my o5' new in katy almost a week ago and i still get butterflies when i think of it in the parking lot!!!! Man i love this truck.!

My 10 will take my brothers srt 8 300 off the line every time. I don't know about the 20 mph rolling start. Top speed on his is 174 mph, so I'm not gonna go there...........

I have raced my folks SRT-8 Charger a few times with my QC SRT-10. Stock he would walk me and have about 2-3 lenghts up to about 100. Since then I have added the Stage II, exhaust and drop-in filter, with 1000 miles on it I can pull him by a full truck length out of the hole and hold that distance up to 85ish when he starts closing the gap, at 95 we are dead even which is about a 1/4 up here, after that he would have 2-3 cars up to about 115.

At 3000 miles I could pull him by 1.5 lenghts, hold him off, although he would still close the gap some @ 105 we were dead even, the further we would go he would start to slowly walk on me.. just aerodynamics.. So the Stage II helped emensley. I was happy considering the weight and size of my truck. I know I can get him in a 1/4 by 1/2 to 1 length..

Yep It's Katy TX, and thanks yall i love this thing. I'm just alittle upset that it shifts at 5,500. Seems alittle weak, my station wagon shifts at 6,200ish. That sucks, I don't want to get beat by my wife!

If you have a QC, get the stage II flash! It's a MUST HAVE!!

The Magnum SRT8 is only RWD.
