They would if you had that rearend. But we have the Dana 60, so no they will not work for you

Motive Gears will save you some money and there oem or better. Part # is Motive Dana 60 4.56X. cost around $235. for the pinion & ring gear set.

I for get the part # for the bearing & seal kit. I bought mine through Summit Racing, Just make sure on the Motive Dana 60 4.56 X it has the X.
