But seriously, you can get it just about anywhere as long as your cool and pay in cash.

You should be able to get that at any place that does tint, just tell them the truck is for show only.

If you are not sure where, as it will be different depending on the area, try calling local limo services, they will probably know some locals.

20% is pretty dark. I put 32% because of night time driving, I can see a little better out of the mirrors. Just me though.
