No, it's more like a kid getting his mom's Accord and making it faster with a 400lb body kit, three stage lunchbox wing, fartcan muffler, and yellow stickers. Vista is not an actual upgrade. For most purposes, it's a fluff pack for XP with steeper hardware requirements. :evil:
