Is it possible to remove the 2 covers that cover the ends of the wipers without removing the hood? Before the winter i mounted my purge for the nitrous under there and im going to wire it up tomorrow, just dont want to go through the hassle of removing the hood.

should just have to open the hood.

the cowlin stops just at the hood hinge

if your talking about the wiper cowl.....hells no you dont have to remove the hood to remove that, all you have to do is raise the hood, take off the two screws (one on each side) remove the pop in tabs and take it out. and speaking of that I have a spare oem wiper cowl for sale if you have some issues ;)

ill try it in the morning, im going to kick myself in the ass if i can do it without removing the hood. Thats why i been putting off finishing the purge, didnt want to deal with the hood..lol.

im not going to say anything :)stupid:)but if you have to remove the hood

on a serious note you will have to flex it a small amount....and i mean a small amount....

whats "flew it a small amount"????????

yea i think that was the issue the first time, where i never took them off before they were stiff and had a "seal" on the edges so they didnt want to flex or come off easy.

Update:

Got them off quite easy...only had to take the passenger side one off since thats where i mounted my purge at. I wish it was that easy the first time, but for some reason it wasnt.
