I'm going to get all 4 wisdom teeth pulled tomorrow. I apologize for any stupid posts I make over the next day or 2... it's the drugs . The good new is, they're sending me off post, so it's not army dentists doing it. Thank God.
Is this gonna suck as bad as I think??

May God have mercy on you......................................JK....how bad it goes veries from person to person...I had 3 pulled w/o being put to sleep....it was over in less than 60 seconds and I ate supper that night.....on the other hand my wife had 1 pulled and cried for 2 days with pain.......my advise...rinse several times a day with vinegar....yes vinegar..screw the salt water....I never had a problem and healed quick........and yes..good luck..:nurse:

Other than the excruciating pain it shouldn't be to bad at all.

I had all 4 pulled at once. Not to bad only 2 where impacted and had to be busted out. I drove myself home after they made me sit in the waiting room for about a hour to let the laughing gas wear off.

Had all 4 pulled at once----no pain no swelling and ate a great steak dinner a couple hours afterward.....just keep the gauze packing in the holes--and change them regular....good luck ----

I had six removed.

Four up top and 2 on the bottom. My sister was the same so it was some genetic thing for sure...

Wasn't bad, a little swelling and and a lot of blood. I went to work the same day.

Annu your time will come hahahahaha massive pain and much more wisdom when it does----I was 43 when mine where removed---and they were removed just because the dentist said it's about time you get them pulled ---nothing wrong with them at all

Well... this pretty much sucks lol, but it could be worse. I think I pulled some stitches out yesterday when I was really messed up so it's still bleeding. Hope it stops sooner or later:dontknow:

I had 5 pulled 4 came in and one abcessed in my jaw. They put me out broke my jaw and then cut open my upper jaw to get at the one that abcessed. I drove home and I smoked on the way but it hurt like hell for the next 3 days. When they ask you if you want the nitrous and the codeine say YES!!! and then sleep from Friday to Monday. You will wake up on Monday hurting but happier. Oh I was 16 at the time too so I am sure that helped in my healing but either way the sleeping thing with drugs way better than conciousness like that. I did have one extracted last year (a molar that is.) no pain whatsoever.
