Wobbling Harmonic Balancer

Well I replaced my tension pulley and idler pulley cause they were loose now upon further inspection I can see my Harmonic Balancer wobbling. Now I know since I have the 04 this is a common problem which I have seen other threads on. Most said to get the ATI one and have the crank keyed for it. I currently do not have the time to take the engine apart to get the crankshaft out so can I use the ATI with the roe pinning tool as a alternative or even just as a direct replacement without doing either? My truck is pretty much stock besides a few bolt-ons.

I would install a new stock balancer then use the pin kit. Also recommend useing thread locker on the bolts.

seems they come standard(no keyway) just bolt on

and i would get the old damper off & check the nose of the crank to see how much damage there is & if it can hold a new damper
