two big trucks were 25 foot apart parked, and waiting for traffic to move, i sneaked between them. after i stopped i looked to my left and saw one truck pulling forward slowly. to my surprise he didn't stop. i looked him in the eyes as he pushed into me, and continued to push me for slowly for 5 feet.

i am not sure if i will turn this into insurance, his truck was barely damaged, the bumper was pushed in on the corner. given point of contact, i would say 50/50 would be the damage determination. no tickets issued. and there is no way for me to prove it was intentional.

also noteworthy was the fact is was a slant nose day cab.

i was not able to say it correctly then. the truck that hit me was stopped, completely. he left a big enough gap for my car to fit in twice, but because someone had just let me go through the first lane i was at an odd angle.
i think he was pissed because he did not intend to let me, or anyone else in.

no we were in line for toll booths, ezpass on the left cash on the right, the e-z pass only lanes were free of cars, they were all waiting for the cash lane, and thats why i was moving left to start with.

Ok, tolls go in a straight line into a booth. they way you described it there two lanes, you were in the right lane trying to get in the left. Judgeing by the picture and they way it was first described as he was coming around the other trucks, how I dont know, but somehow you snuck between two truck looked to your left and saw him coming, he hit you. thats his fault?
