Work is taking my company truck

Bosses like thinkers...people who embrace change, and understand the exigencies of the organization. Changes are rarely about you...they are most often about the organization. If they are about you...you are already in trouble, and getting angry is just another nail in the coffin.

I alway tell my junior personnel, If you come to me with a problem you better have thought about a couple solutions to pitch to me to fix it or temporarily work around it.

not really on topic but kinda...even as a young business owner...when people gripe about money on a job (or anything similar) i simply tell them it's not the labor of what's going on now that you pay for...it's the knowledge of what to do when things go to shit that you are paying for

******UPDATE********
Was told monday that there would be a meeting today. Had the meeting.
I lost the company truck. We are now required to use personal vehicles to get to and from work.

I am going to have to buy a car. Right now I am going to try to sell the boat so I can get something decent. If the boat doesn't sell, the truck might just have to go.
I'm not gonna rush it. I can put away about 2k a month. So in a few months should be able to get a work vehicle.

On the brighter side, it could be worse. Since last week we were told that we were keeping the trucks, the network guy sold his car on friday. Now he has to go buy a car also.
