Those things are nasty man. B/t brown recluses, MRSA, and the new VRSA, we're seeing a lot of people coming for an IND (incision and drain). Make sure you keep some warm compresses on there to help get the rest of the drainage out. Also, as I'm sure they explained, make sure that redness doesn't spread anymore (up your leg).

You're done with the hard part. Just rest up, and feel better.

i had the spider problem a while back doctor said when they bite you they have some kinda smell in the poison that they can to track the pray with(the spiders)your still kicken so be carefull you dont get more bites thats no fun i feel for ya had them on my legs too sucked the big one

I just got out of the doctor's office. I had to get two more shots of novacaine and more infected *goop* :eatut of the wounds. Wants to see me again tomorrow morning to be sure the anti-biotics are working.....:blue:

....where to begin...... This whole ordeal has taken quite the toll on me....both physically and mentally. I've had insurance through the years with the various chemical plants I have have worked at but NEVER had the need to use it until this week. Hell, I don't even have a family doctor.

Being a volunteer firefighter and an ECA, I have endured many hours of training to help others in their time of need. Years on end, I have been the example of near-perfect health. Little did I realize, one day I would need support from the people who I always kinda took for granted.

Kinda makes you sit back and appreciate the important things in life.
