WTB Stock jack and tools

Does anyone have the jack and whatever tools came with the truck. I didn't get that stuff when I purchased the truck, and would like to have it. I would like to be able to remove the spare tire as well! I have a 2006 QC if it makes a difference, not sure if they are all the same. The only piece I do have is in the pic below. Thanks!

I have the jack. Not sure how economical shipping would be. The spare tire can be removed using a 12 pt socket, and a 10" extension with your ratchet of choice.
