WTF is this gauge??

Heck IDK all those LED's at the top light up and the middle changes kinda like an A/F gauge. It has an A/F gauge so that's not what it is.

It looks like an airfuel gauge the led lights up top are for your shift light which u can set at whtever rpm u like

I know the top led is for shift light i have seen these before but if the bottom isnt an airfuel it might be reading your rpms??
