X-METAL GEN IV SHIFTER.

After reading this thread I installed the Gen IV I had just sitting around...first impressions are good.....one question for those that have one.........the stick seems to lean to the left way more than the B&M did....all 6 gears have the stick in the left side of the boot area....is this normal?....not a problem but just wondering if it is installed correctly..:dontknow:

I believe that is to place it closer to the driver.
