Yellow fever single cab spotted

Hey guys..doubt anyone will know but i just moved into fort worth/alrington and see a yellow fever single cab at chicken express everyday...doesnt have the stock rims has some ugly(to me) rims on it that are chrome...Anyone know who it is?

Why would some1 change the wheels specially on a yellow fever! At least black the stock 1's...
