YouTube problems:

Tim, I had the exact same problem. Go into your control panel and un-install flash/shock player in total. Then re-install from scratch. It worked for me.
That would have been my advice too!:top:

Download FIREFOX and quit using Internet Explorer. Problem solved!

Normally I would agree, but the installs for Firefox aren't as automatic as IE, sometimes that easier.

Failure to be able to install is the immediate precursor to failure to insert...the end is near Django...you will soon join me in the world of a wonderful flaccid fantasy life.:p :D :D :D

My dick gets hard if the wind blows.......

You'll have to save the "misery loves company" scenario for another person or time.

Much love...

I did uninstall and reinstall... To Noah Vail...

But thanks to you all..... very much.

I also did system restore and that didn't accomplish a fix either...

Well y'all.... I did everything there is to do with this fkn POS and I'm at the end of my tether with it... I have uninstalled and reinstalled adobe flash player 20 fkn times...

I even went so far as to call Patrick who suggested that I also uninstall Macromedia ...which I did....

I installed IE7 because I was on IE6.... That didn't help.

I had my IT guy take control of my computer using logmein123 and had him adjust all of my security settings....

Nothing has worked....

Logically, all I can presume is that the player isn't actually installing itself even though it says it has.....

I'm so tried of fucking with this thing (that) I wanna shoot it....

I'm sort of a YouTube junkie so this is a bit of a pisser....

Any ohter suggestions that have not already been tried would be appreciated....

Why would FireFox be a solution?

Firefox is a more secure, more robust and more customizeable browser.

Try it, I think you will like it! It acts much the same as the new IE (because they copied Firefox:rolleyes:)

www.firefox.com

You can always use IE7 for everything else, and just use firefox for youtube stuff.

Your problem with Adobe, is probably related to IE, not the Flash player...

I will do some more research on that, in the meantime try Firefox...

And don't forget to ask Roy about Stumble!!;)

OK, so I installed Firefox on my system....

It did NOT correct the problem...why not...?

Adobe flash player is still unable to install....

I have a debt of gratitude to pay: To Scott....

He called me back earlier, not having recognized my tel# when I called earlier.

He walked me thru the process and we finally got the flash player installed. He was correct in his assertion that Outlook was responsible (somehow) for the inability for the system to load Flash Player...... (fkn Outlook)

Thanks, Sammy.... You rule....
