How do you key it on? Does a dealer do it?

Should i replace my harmonic balancer inside bore looks like slightly wore. Diameter of the hole gets small from outside edge going in. Should it be same size throughout?

The dealed torqued to 130 lbs.

This is the second time my hamonic balancer came loose also ... Last time it was 6-07 and it was fixed by the dealer under warrenty ... thx for the help ...Jorge

:dontknow: My belt was making noise. Upon inspection i saw the belt was not moving but motor running. I removed belt and the harmonic balancer was loose (wobbling) .
