Going to install headers...

ok, this is the day!

I soaked the bolts last night, I'm going to make a second spray before removing the cat back and cats.

It's freezing cold here and I'm cold as well, but who cares, I need a big vrooom!


I should have provided a public video feed of my security cam.. but I didn't have the time.

I'll update you guys later.
 
ok, my kudos to that engineer that put "tuna can" nut retainer on those square bolts on the mid pipes

dang!
 
it's definitely a 2 men job... it will take longer alone.

I'm about to install passenger header

removing inner fenders is a must and a piece of cake

gotta find a trick to stick the gasket shile positioning the header...

put the header thu the engine bay, on both side this is the only way they will go on :)

on the drivers side you will need to remove the break booster adn side out the way.

it will not be easy but just wiggle the header in to place

i nevered removed my battery any of that - i just removed this

removed the 2 bolts and side it out the way
 
there are acouple of bolts with no clearance for a small 3/8 socket!!

how am I supposed to tighten those guys?
