I hope we can all agree on a date and time. Once we have the date solid then I'm sure we will have several VTCOA members commit to this GTG. Who knows we might get enough members to go so we can get a really good deal on the rooms and get a few comps.

The 13th looks like a good day, not sure about the golf though, I'll leave those arrangements to someone else. Now I will need an approximate headcount for those that want to stay there, I can call and see what kind of deal we can get on rooms. So, I will start a new thread and I only want those that need rooms to reply and tell me how many rooms we need. The sooner we get this booked the better I'm sure.
