to the op, how certain are you that this truck is 400hp? have you seen the dyno sheet on it, a current one? he has a 5.4 supercharged, port, polish goes a long way, pullies, and hes running n2o on a supercharger. come on, if hes only getting 400hp he needs to start over, and you made a referance he is running more then one stage on the n2o. i have a 90 mustang 347 stroker cast heads at 700+rwhp natural with a 250 shot n2o on a stock 2 bolt main. if you have a good build and tune it right you can make anything pull amazing numbers. to the lightining guy on here showing the dyno sheet and time slips, im disappointed. you said you are running somewhere around 25# boost? you run low to mid 10s? thats sad, you need to tune your shit.
 
one more thing for the op, you only bet on sure things. if you want to give money away im always taking donations. just imagine the mods you could have done for $1300. do you have a tuner on your truck, or did you just add n2o and go with it? stock plugs, stock tune?

Epic f***ing fail! dude you are getting hustled......stop focusing on 400rwhp....if your still thinking thats all he's making you deserve to get hustled...... just let it go and take it as a loss......L's can be made fast alot cheaper and reliable than us...... If being the fastest is what your concerned with....stop, sell your truck now and get something else!

But he is right stock vs stock the srt10 is the winner.

And he is right again about modding any car/truck to be fast thats a no brainer.

I know guys with 8 sec stangs or a low 9 sec honda hatch k20 swap.

there is a guy here who sits his EVO on a trailer all night waiting for people to throw money on a race, min 2K if not he wont even start it up.

I don't know this guy and never seen it run on the track but heard it's around a 8 sec car, how true that is I do not know. But he spanks peoples asses all night.

And there is a 350z that runs around driven by a girl :D hott at that, who hung with my friend on his busa. I like her

Thanks ramdude....Timmy must not have read the whole thread.

I wasnt giving my $.02 on what happened to the origional VT, or weather it was right or wrong what the L guy did.....AND I DIDNT!!

There for a while all the lightning guys where talking down vt and I just wanted to remind them that a stock vt would take out a stock L, thats all.

I like both trucks to be honest, only thing that made me get the ram was the 6 speed, that sold it for me.

But i almost bought a black ford light if the truck was sold.
 
Oh yeah. Like I said in my origional post, I love lightnings, always liked fast trucks. I Stumbled on my first srt-10, back in 09 lookin for a new quad cab at a dodge dealership. After that I was just hooked on the 10's.

But before that I always looked forward to getting a Lightnig, Silverado SS, or a viper truck in the future. Proly should not admit this but back then my first choice was acctually an SS.:eek:
