600 wheel is not 750 crank...at least not on these motors...i couldn't help but say that...

but dear lord in heaven that 572 rwhp is fkin outstanding!

do we have pricing on any of this yet?

600=714crank... and we expect to make over 600:) ...

i'd like to see the cost as well, too bad no one on here has a RC with strykers to compare the numbers too.

If everyone on here would like to donate a small amount, I will volunteer my RC.:D:rock:Actually I believe there is a member in Texas that has Strikers (just no cam yet).

I think the cost will be in the 12k range I have not sat down and added up anything but thats my ballpark for everything... When its done ill update with final numbers,,

Yeah, Thats the guy....Thanks. I don't believe he ever races the truck, too bad.:dontknow:

ironhead has sim333's strykers, and no sim333 never raced his truck. at the dyno day it really didn't make much more power than trucks with stock heads. but there is no telling what was really in his engine as far as cam and compression wise.
if the Gen IV conversion is going to be 12K i think the strykers are going to be the best option(still)

the 12k ballpark includes long tube headers, tuned, installed, new heads, new intake fully ported and polished, custom cam, rockers, everything matched etc etc etc etc.. this is not just heads.. " strikers by them self are 6k" then you need to add to that you would be easily more than 15k to do the striker set up in an even remotely similar set up... These head by them self are only a a fraction of the striker cost..

So I would have to say strikers are far from the best option unless you want to pay more for less.. and in that case yes they are the way to go..

But again remember this is not " Heads" 12k vs striker " 6k" this is a truck putting these numbers down.... anyhow

ok now i understand....if your getting EVERYTHING needed thats a hell of a deal.....

here is a more formal list but Im sure im missing things

The 12k is not in stone it is a ball park figure but here is the short list of what you get for that.

Gen 4 Heads " fully ported polished matched" Shaved for compression

Gen 4 intake " Fully ported polished etc

Gen 4 valvecovers " insanely expensive need to find a cheaper route " 800 each from the factory"

Long tube headers

Rocker's upgraded

Custom Cam

Cai,

thermostat,

timing chane,

wires

Installed

dyno tuned

The list goes on.. its a ton of stuff ...

You can run this on a stock bottom end, the only reason I have went with the forged is i am planning on adding a 100 shot of NO2 to the package for a little extra fun..

Oh and one more thing it could end up being closer to 15k, I dont want anyone thinking thats the price and thats it.. that all I could add up in my head at the moment not sure what i am missing...it could also be 11k,, But I will get you exact figures as soon as I finish everything and add it up...

yeah but if you go with strykers you dont have to change the intake and exhaust. I'd say you could do the strykers for about 8500 with the cam and tuning. and i belive ronnies truck put down 577hp right?? now i know dynos are different and the 577 was probably on a dynojet vs your numbers on a mustang dyno. but i'd guess the auto in the QC sucked up a good bit more power than the t56 in your RC. that kind of torque did the gen IV make?

is this right, all parts in this price, and i can sell my oem parts ?

Yeah RottenRonnie's truck is eating up more power with the auto ,it probably would be just over 600 RWHP with a T56 in it and his tune is conservitive, theres more left in his for sure and alot less then $15K!

I don't do the work but I don't see why you could not supply your own parts.

Anyhow. Were hoping to be well over 600 as it will rev to 6800 with this set so we've got another 1500 rpm to go. We crapped out at 5300rpm. Clutch slippage And if that curv stays climbing like it is for another 1500 well be sky High. Crossing fingers.

Will let yall know when we get a real final run. This was not even a tuned run as we can't tune a slipping clutch. So I've got ky hopes up. That's for sure.
