I found the perfect truck it was Wesalberts. I asked Wesalbert what it would take to get in his truck. He told me the price, and that he hadnt heard from the last guy that was interested in weeks, and wasnt going to pursue the guy. I was first in line so i took out a loan. After the loan was approved, that night he told me he had an obligation to give the last guy the chance to buy it. Im not acting "8 years old", but i only have 30 days from the time that i submitted the loan to put a truck to.

So i am willing to buy the best truck for the money, anywhere in the country. I could cancel the deal and just find one by December. However My credit score was 2 points into the prime rate zone they told me, and after these 30 days it will drop 5-6 points and increase my available interest rate from 4.49 to 6.99.
 
Jeff did everything in his power to get my truck. Price was right and he was ready to jump on a plane. I had a local sale pop up at the very very last minute.

you do not typically need to reapply. you can get extensions without pulling your credit a second time.

Thats good info, I will talk to USAA and see what their stance on it is. They normally will work with their customers more than any other bank ive dealt with.

youshould make them work with you. you can take your business elsewhere if they have a problem with that. this is assuming you have good credit. But banks want you to get loans. they should be bending over backwards in this economy to get customers. that has always been my philosophy and it has done me good. i currently have 1.9% interest on my truck and 4.275 on my home, and that is a 30year loan. and when we got up to walk out when they told us they were gunna give us 6.9 on my wifes trailblazer, they changed their tune:D

Thanks Geo, I greatly appreciate the kind words, it's a never ending " work in progress" truck, just finishing up the Paxton install.
