So I changed the H-pipe on my truck from a 2" to a 3" and can't believe the sound change! It was a simple experiment since I had half ass welded my h-pipe myself after my last slave spacing. Figured I'd let the pros finish welding it back up. Well, while there I decided to make it bigger as well and the resulting acoustics is music to my ears. I am not sure if it somehow separated exhaust pulses better or what but it sounds like a nicely cammed 10 now.:drool: Performance is obviously the same, but the sound fools you.:marchmellow:

ya have any poppin or the mufflers still takin care of that????

Very lil popping as it was. Just nice deep tone! I know my phone doesn't really do the sound justice, but I am in love.

Sounds sweet! Whats the location u put it in? Infront of muffler?? How far aprox??

My mufflers are back by the side exhaust and the H pipe is directly under the tranny :( I'd say it's about 2 feet apart give or take. It is pretty far from the mufflers.
