I realized that I never posted up a picture of my truck since I have joined. I took some today of my truck hauling a four wheeler. Don't hate on my L too much. Maybe I will go racing 10's like this for tration :burnout:

hmmm... pics didn't size up that well :banghead:

Not bad for 200k on the stock motor lol. Trying to keep up with the 10's :D

looks nice, is the front bumper painted steel or is it a cover? i wanna get rid of all the chrome on my 95 f250 and do it up like a 1st gen L, the roll pan isnt stock though is it?

It is a steel bumper. The roll pan however is not stock.

When are you gonna stop fucking around and put a BB in it?

Never! Gonna try and dip into the 7's on the 200k longblock. Then I might start planning for a Dart based stroker windsor and go for the speed density record

I never knew they made a L in a long box!

They didn't, it is a short bed. All lightning's were made in the short bed configuration. The gen1's were made with a fleet side, while the ge2's were made with the styleside. The styleside does make it look a little shorter.

Ok, box looks long in that pic,but yeah makes sense.

a race of the work trucks :D

Absolutely! I have had about 6 bucks of scaffolding in the back, a lot of sheetrock, and also about 6 railroad ties. Well, not at the same time lol. I think we would be a real good match-up. If you ever come down this way we can go to Bowman and run. It is a decent little 1/8 mile track that seems to hook pretty good.
