Hey guys! Whats the most rwhp I can get on 93 octane if I stay NA? Im not really interested in giggle juice cause I'm 90% street and 10% strip. I'm an average guy with an average income ( which sucks when u love fast things ). Is it realistic to achieve 550-600 whp or am I crazy? Ive had the truck 2 years( bought it bone stock ) and this week I'm finally putting on a full exhaust, 170* therm, tune by Torrie, and CAI(already had). Would it be more cost effective to just wait, save money and SC it? Or should I do heads and a cam that I can afford?

I don't see 600 WHP being out of the question on a all motor build.
hell roe claims to make something like 710 crank HP, on their cam & heads with someother things I believe.
I thought people have told me that the stykers will add something like 100hp.

One of the members on here just sold his whole Paxton set up for $3500. That would have given you over 600 rwhp. That's with no head work, cam, or headers!

your max hp will depend on how much money you got to spend for it
Ya but I can SC it for the price of the Strykers. I have a local guy that does amazing head work for a fraction of that. I cant see doing Strykers,even if they give you 30 more ponies than other heads. Not for 3 times the price!
I have seen some people run 8lbs of boost into a non forged engine and get away with it, some don't get that lucky.
if you have access tohead work, get that done with a cam.
The sound of that clip makes me wanting a supercharger!
Ya I hear the same thing. I might not track it a lot but I do like to play hard. Dont think its worth the risk on stock pistons and rods. Its to bad you live like 5 hours away bro. It would be sweet to do a black out rally!!!!

In all honesty how hard do you drive it? Are you more go for a cruise kinda guy or more I love shifting at 6k kinda guy?
Ya its a hike! I drove down to PA 2 weeks ago just to buy B&B headers and then drove straight home. That sucked!
