Alright guys, riddle me this: how come all three of the stockish 5.0's at DragWeek struggled to run better than mid 13's? And just so y'all know, I want a 5.0 more than just about anyone. I think they are sweet and generally quicker than not only our trucks, but any of the equivilents from GM or Mopar.

I just timed it in my computer it does 5.04 in that run 0-60 ..... what are your mods?

i never said i beat all of them. dont put words in my mouth... look at my posts and you will obviously see that i say i beat them becuase of their drivers!! I know those cars are fast but not untouchable...last year for our trucks was 06 ..they took 5 years just to beat a 5000 lb pound truck in a car..... you troll! put pictures of your truck if u have one....

This was my truck against a friends bolt-on and tuned jeep. I can't even remember what all I had done then, I do know that's without weight reduction(still has fog lights) and the stock clutch with the big slicks so it was more likely than not slipping just a bit. Ramson, the shifting vids were not an attempt to hook up so I wouldn't really base much off of that

Dynolocious says I am almost a full second slower than that. I've got LT's, exhaust, CAI, and the MP PCM. I've got good air here tonight. Let me see off can get an accurate DA from the Kestrel...

Temp here is 0 F and DA is 1859'.

**edit** and it should be noted that my shifting was not up to par because I had to use one hand to hold the iPad while videoing. Sort of slowed the process down.

My best 1\8th is 8.37 @85 on a non prepped track and worn out pos falkens and I have that time slip too. I just don't post pointless street racing vids. My mods are k&n magna flow cat back and can tune. And I have all my cats still unfotunately.

i have raced like 10 jeeps and havent lost to one... from a dig they some have tooken me till i shift to second gear i will catch up in second gear..from a roll its not even a match...
