can't start truck/lock problem - urgently reuires a locksmith

I have my 2004 Dodge SRT 10 and having the problem with the ignition lock. The key hardly going inside the lock and if it goes inside the truck doesn’t start. Don’t know what could be the problem for this and how much it will going to cost for the repair. anybody suggest me some cheap locksmiths it will helpful for me.

Yeah that would help,lol. Try a spare key ? Tap on end of key with a screwdriver to try and free up tumblers in ignition lock. Are you in extreme cold climate? Wd-40 that lock.

My cuzin had that problem with. Her Volvo turned out my kid stuck in my key and apiece broke inside

Turns out our suspicions are true, a simple Google search of his username brings up quite a few other car forums with him posing the same question trying to get an answer.
