Hello to everybody,

I'm developing a flyer for the SRT GTG. I could use some great and high resolution photo material from all types SRT (4 to 10).
Action photo's: on the dyno, a nice burnout, on the race track, professional photo shoot etc....

RESET DATE FOR THE EURO SRT GTG

The date had to be re-set for the first EURO SRT GTG.

NEW DATE IS 01st and 02nd of June at the Nurburgring.

As mentioned before this is now an SRT meet and will include all SRT's and not just the trucks as first suggested.

Please look at all Euro forums and the Euro SRT10 facebook page for further details.

But for now put the date in your diaries.

Dont miss this one guys.

Even "driveSRT" official guys are involved and will do a report for their website.

Maybe the BIGGEST SRT meet ever ???

UPDATE AND LOCATION DETAILS

All,

Here are some details on our EURO SRT GTG 2013 at the famous Nürburgring !

On of the most spectacular race tracks in Europe, known for Formula1 races, Truck GP and other race series.

Dont worry, this is just a preliminary agenda, which will be more detailed and precise the closer the date of the meeting comes :D

We have following things planned :

- arrival 30th of may or 1st of June at the Lindner resort

Lindner Hotels & Resorts - OUR GUESTHOUSES

30th of may and 1st of June we have the chance to go with some trucks on a Dyno to see whether the winter mods changed something, or not.....

- 1st of June -> official welcome of all participants with a short overview of what can be done during the 2 days including :

-> a short round trip in the historical surrounding around the Nürburg (castle)
-> meet and great around our houses and grab some german beers
-> possibility to go with the trucks on the ring and get to know the track a little

-> big barbecue party in the evening :rock:

- 2nd of June -> 2nd and last day of the first EURO SRT GTG

-> make some group photos
-> enjoy the nice weather and atmosphere and have a last come together at the ring before everybody leaves !


15 houses are pre-reserved ( different categories from standard to luxury / from 5 to 8 people)





We have one complete road in this resort only for us, as you can see on the map below !!!!




Final reservation have to be done before 30th of April 2013 !!!!!

5 houses are booked out already.
So far 20 trucks confirmed to come.

Even the VIPER CLUB OF AMERICA section Germany is interested in coming and gets my update within the next days.

Hello Sammy,

we will start, once everybody is there.

But i think we should try to start before noon.

As said, the schedule will be getting more precise.

Just remember cold german beer is waiting in the evening for you and all people coming, so if you need a room, dont wait too long for reservation.

By the way can all of the regions check how many people would join ?

It would be good if we can go to the next planning stage....

Not everybody is on facebook and its hard to find one common place to count everybody in.
