So I am actively looking for a Viper.

Yesterday me and a friend went to a Dodge dealer that had a new GT in stock. It wasn't an ideal color (black) or had ideal wheels (black) but I would still consider it if they price was right.

I had never heard the Gen V car before yesterday.

Let me tell you... THE GATES OF HELL OPEN UP WHEN THAT CAR REVS UP!

They wouldn't let me drive it but I am sure I upset an elderly couple in the showroom with all the racket that the Viper makes ;)

If any of you guys are aware of a Red/Blue/Silver GT Viper for sale, please let me know.

Never heard of the 5th Gen?:dontknow:

Well, they have been out for a couple years now.

I would look for a GTS or a TA.

umm................

OK

I think he is on the right track with the GT, as it has less luxury gismos as the GTS and slightly more than the TA.... I believe.

ummmmmmm

OK

I should have said less gismos than the GTS and more than the base SRT. TA 2.0 is a completely different creature.

I don't get it?

Besides, I want the GT because of the pricing and because I don't need all the extra interior frills n stuff.

Why get a Gen V then?

You can get an almost new Gen IV with none of the nanny crap for a good price. Just get an ACR.

Frankly, the Viper Documentary sold me.

Also, a buddy of mine who has owned and sold many Vipers says that the Gen V is the one to get. Smoother, quieter, more luxurious, far better materials lighter, faster and cooler.

I know I could get a, 08-09-10 for far less money but I dunno man, that new body style has completely got me.

I guess if I cant find a Gen V for the money I can spend, I'll "settle" for a Gen IV. Not really settling though... still a badass car lol.

With the 1of1 program, you should be able to get exactly what you want. I think it was posted already on the VCA, however, get with Woodhouse, they can make what you need a reality

Just got off a great phone conversation with Bill from Woodhouse. Great guy. I had no idea he has sold so many Vipers in my hometown lol.

Anyway, With my trade and down-payment I really need to find one in the mid 70's to be at a payment I'm willing to pay.

He has a few customers that are looking to trade their Gen V's and that might be the ticket.

I believe that Viper was also tuned by Torrie at Unleashed

Yeah man. A real car guy. Frankly I'm excited as can be. I have wanted a Viper since my dad got me a GTS poster in 1995. He was working for Dodge at the time and got a handful of promotional posters and stuff. I've got a poster that has a Blue with white stripes GTS that has SIDE and REAR exit exhaust. Imagine that? I guess they hadn't decided which to go with.
