I am new to this forum and was wondering if you SRT-10 guru's could help me out. I am selling our Red 2004 SRT-10 with 1,800 miles on it and was wondering what it is worth. I currently have it on Ebay and have had a few people call and make offers. I want it to go to a good home so I am going back and forth over selling it to this one gentleman that has made me a good offer, but it's not what I would like to have for it. So guy's, what do you think it's worth?

Year, cab configuration, maintenance records (some would say that's a silly question based on the miles but the fluids still should be changed) How was it stored, do you have all of the factory literature, window sticker, owner's manual etc.? Is it stock? If not do the stock parts come with it?

Either someone edited the title or you are slipping with your old age!!! Cab configuration.... really???

Being that it is an 04 and it's red you already have two negatives in pricing. Red because it seems as if there is an overabundance and for some reason seems to bring the least resale value (don't ask me why it just does), and 04 because there were upgrades done to the 05 & 06 models that seem to be more desirable.. gearing, beefier sway bars, front brakes, and there was also a mild change to the engine design. $25-30K is realistic, anything over $30K and consider you won the lottery!

I agree, it's probably only worth about 27k give or take

With that said. 1800miles on the clock puts it in a different category. Unless you have to sell it, I wouldn't let it go for anything less than 35k

Maybe he has 1 of 1 2004 QCs - VPRPWRD was just clarifying to give him his best estimate....ha

Our trucks are worth more than a lot of guy's sell them for.

I agree with this 100%. Probably not going to get a high price on eBay - I would look at an upscale consignment shop or advertising in a venue that is more targeted towards someone that is a collector and sees the value of the low mileage original condition. You can get top dollar if you are patient.

Not trying to get your hopes up, but a YF RC with 2200 (I think) miles just sold at a dealership here for somewhere around 37k. Definitely the exception, not the rule, but you may do pretty well with it.
The YF sold in a week, usually these trucks sit for a bit around here, so you never know.
Advertise the hell out of it, you might get lucky.

Ha, Red is the fastest. :chain:

Last fall a RC YF, completely stock, 15k miles, sold for 30k, excellent condition, sat on a dealers lot 4 30 days. Dealer will probably get a higher price than the rest of us due to the ability to finance.

Thanks for all the info guys! I bought the truck brand new and have everything that came with it. It has never been on a track or been run hard. It has always been stored in our climate controlled building. The truck has been serviced on a regular basis and the only thing I have replaced is the tires because of flat spots and the age of them. My local dealer told me he would buy it for $32K. I think I am going to let him have it. He has been trying to buy the truck from me for years but I didn't want to sell it then.

That is a better deal than you will get just about any where. If you want to move on it, that is a fair price. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

Well, at that price you know he's not trying to flip it and will probably end up in his climate controlled storage
