2025 Project Post Ho Thread

The fist one is so rough you can’t even run a cloth over it to clean it up, the last one is crazy smooth. I will have to work on the jig so it’s straight, and I still have a slight bend
The jig is jaggin'!

You'll master it soon

This is how most of my cooking projects turn out!!! Hahahaha!!

I love the colors on the first one! They all look great
That one will never happen, metal got to hot and warped. You also can’t simply wipe it off to clean it, it’s so rough it tears up the cloth

Figures that would be the one I like! Hahahaha

What types of metal are those and what other types can be used ..maybe that dissipates heat better IMG_2385.jpeg

Well it’s come down to sourcing. I was looking for a specific size, I have no interest in cutting out plates, zero.

I have discovered that changing the frequency of the pulse rate reduces the warping, so I just need to find the right frequency, 50 gets me real close. Might go up a bit more and go back to multiple passes

The learning curve at work ... looks like your getting real close !

Just ordered new headlights for the dakota and drivers and passenger side window switch bezel along with the overhead cover and dome light assy. For the 10 ..
Im looking for replacement tail light lenses for the dakota and possible the third brake light/ cargo light ... Mine doesnt have a cargo light from factory but appears its wired for them .. Ive been reading a ton of reviews on the LED ones and seems many have a problem with the lights staying on really dim and end up draining the battery over night ...thats not a problem I want to have !

Anyone have that happen or why that would happen when the power and truck is shut off ? Seems LED lights have goofy problems ... the ones I installed in my home flicker and becomes annoying so I change back to the incondecent bulbs .IMG_2389.jpeg

I don't care for LED lights but haven't experienced the problem you described. However in a house fixture they are to bright and harsh IMO

and in my flashlights they are horribly bright and put out a word bluish light
