There is definatly more to this story. I myself will be staying out of it. Not trying to get internet drama started.
Thats cool , my thoughts exactly that theres more than meets the eye . Im not looking for any drama , but need to if I need a part must be able to trust the vendor ..
Andy and myself still do quite a bit of business. Never had issues. He is still moving his business to a new location so, right now he's very busy.

Still doesn't make sense to me that someone can be so busy they can't answer a customer question but somehow have time to take the customer payment. Hopefully all gets back on track soon for the sake of the customers.

The core water pump was lost or the new rebuilt one?
Something worth $800 plus core charge should be insured for the total, especially if the core was sent first like he wants

I didn't ask what condition the pump was in or if it was insured, I just saw the drama. Either way seller is responsible to work with USPS for resolution.
