Still problems with the site ,, It just loaded a blank white page yesterday…. Anyone else having problems… still getting Error page , says VTCOA Host on it ! And Buffering some to load pages today .

Yes, the site needs some maintenance.
It either doesn't load at all, or loads and then sits there without the ability to navigate. At least, that's on this end.
