It says Kiwi Rail maybe that's it
From what they said it’s a crown and bridge that will 6 teeth , at least that’s the way I took it .. told me approx. 3K . Possibly pulling several teeth .. all because of a small cavity on backside of my front tooth .. im not sure I trust anything any dentists say ,,, makes me think their used car salesmaneverything is so costly! What is a partial crown?? I'm only familiar with a full crown - fit for a queen hahaha!!

New toy, guess the make and model hahaha
Yes it is a TR. We have one of the 1st series from Drewery Car Co in 1936 originally powered by a Parsons 75 hp petrol engine. Repowered later with a 471 Detroit. This one is one of the last series built in Dunedin in 1974 powered by a Gardner 6LX 150 hp.
Up in Lancaster PA you can ride behind Thomas: https://strasburgrailroad.com/event/day-out-with-thomas/The train that could or Thomas the trains buddy hahaha

Cool!! I saw Big Boy several years ago when it was out west -going through Jean NV - while I was gassing up at a station on the I-15. It's definitely a sight to see!I'm waiting for Big Boy to get to the east coast: https://www.up.com/about-us/history/steam/schedule

My late little brother was obsessed....they ended up taking a number of trips into PA to take him to Strasburg and the train museum there. Ironically an old grain warehouse that is now a large antique shop that used to be on that same set of tracks is where I bought my boat. That’s cool .. my last Girlfriends grand children made me watch Thomas 100 times and one collected every toy made .. He would have gone nuts to ride the train ..
ALCO built 25 of them (4-8-8-4's) between 1941-44. Quite a few survive but they are museum pieces. 4014 was retired in 1962 and WAS a museum piece and UP decided they wanted it back....completely rebuilt it and converted it to run on diesel. Give a read: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Union_Pacific_Big_BoyDamn , that’s a monster size train .. Never heard of it before ..

Good morning Ronnie.Yes, it's quite the money making system they have there.
Take a root canal, for example. If you don't cap/crown the tooth afterwards, it gets brittle and breaks over time.
When you tell them you want a regular filling instead of a root canal, they look at you like you have a 3rd nostril and tell you why that is a terrible thing to do (for them).
So instead of a $450 filling, it becomes a $3800 root canal and Crown; at least here in Alberta.
If its near the back, I just have it yanked for $175 and spend the money saved on far more worthwhile items. Like maybe a pound of organic butter.
