2024 Post Ho Thread

Damn website has been a pain in the tail loading for 2 days again .. just a white page and 1 time and error stating 525

Well got out early no doooooo and still reasonably temperature wise .. So decided to do the Herculiner bed on the Dakota .. it’s now hotter Than the hills of Hattie’s after the heavy first coat .. Sweating like a scolded pig in heat lol … will hav to do the final coat in a few hours of drying time .. but the first coat seems to be decent . It’s not as good as expected but should improve when dried and or second coat ..
First coat in pics …

WOWWW!!! The bedliner looks excellent I'm super impressed
It turned out pretty good and im satisfied .. It appears to be some tough stuff and I see how it holds up in the heat and elements here in hell lol ..
The texture is a little on the rough bumpy looking side and not sure if I’ll use it on the 10 .. I would prefer a smoother look on the 10 bed ..

Maybe it comes in various grits - either way it looks great and for a work truck I would be happy with that

HercUliner doesn’t appear to come with any other grits .. or is that Rednecks lol … I think the large grit will give it more cushion for the pushin on loads .
Im curious though about spray on or using a fine type of roller to make it smoother looking when applied .. Either way it is what it is on the Dakota, Satisfied and happy it’s done finally . Not to bad for a old retired work truck 1783301154622.png
