Maybe go talk to some guys at the track. Suspension is suspension. I'm sure someone doesnt mind videoing you with your phone then giving you advice.
Hell, you can even video runs and go post on the yellow bullet forum asking for advice. Yellow bullet is king for setting up suspension. Typical...
1.) You know it's a lightning. You know it's supercharged. You can easily hear it.
2.) What does a in cab shifting video(from 2013 at that) have to do with this thread
You made more than one change at a time on your last pass. That's the only thing i see i dont like.
Did you get someone to video your truck from the side to see how the suspension is working?
None the less, it's good to see you out there racing. I wouldnt sell yourself short, that's a TON of...
So out of the 4 pages i've read, you only want a lower rear end gear to make you feel better when putt putting on the highway in 6th gear.
If that's the case, leave it a lone.
Most car forums are dieing because people use facebook groups. People want instant answers and they dont want to search archives. People want attention and post stuff for likes. I prefer forums but it is what it is.
You t56 swapped a slow quad cab. That makes less sense then a two step for fun or track. It makes you slower and less consistent plus dont forget way way more prone to breaking. But it's cool to show off and brag. That's more of a ricer mod than a 2 step. I know this, because i done it.
Maybe...
Your post it totally senseless. Two steps are used for consistency, not just building boost. Not everyone goes rev their vehicle up at a red light, some of us race at a track and give it hell off the line.
Just put them where you can easily get to them to trouble shoot them. Most are cheap and made in china.
You will blind people. Look into getting your stock housings customized with high quality projectors if you care about that. If not, aim them down and enjoy.
99% of missing gears is the driver. A shifter isnt some magical device. People just cant drive. I know because im one of those people. but i went back auto a few months ago. Screw trying to launch 4700lbs and braking.
I put the bronze pushing in my truck, and it wasnt a magical thing that made a noticeable difference.
I tried the venom gen 1 shifter for a day. Took that junk out and went back to the b&m.
