Audi A6

I was commin home from dropping off my gf after a nice night at the beach. Im at a stop light with some kids in prolly a 2006 Adui A6. The light goes green and i go through first then second finally im cursin to the down the road in 3rd at about 40.

I hear a turbo spool up and in my rearview i see the Audi Chasing me down. I kind of chuckled to my self and put it in 2nd waiting to drop the clutch. Just as his nose if even with my rear bumper i drop the clutch.

Just as he is pulling up on my driver side our bumpers are even. I begin to pull on him. I hit 3rd and i already have a half car on him. by the time i hit 4th i had 3 and a-half on him.

I had made my point and didnt want to rip down the town road to fast at 11 PM. We pulled up to the light and this kids jaws were in the floor boards. One said "I didnt think you were that fast whatcha got in there?" i Told him a V10 and his eyes light up. I love this truck no one ever expects it. I have had the truck for 8 months now and i dont really have to many people that really wanna run but when they do they never expect the truck to come alive like it does.

I am amazed at the amount of people that don't realize what these trucks are. I have people try to race all the time because it's loud, I guess all of them think it's a 6 banger. I suppose they expect a governor as well, I love the look on their faces when you pass them at 120+. I raced a camaro once, we pulled over to talk afterward, he says that things fast, how did you get a v6 to run like that? I said we added another 4 cylinder to it. He didn't really get it. I'm sure these trucks cause many people to get home and google SRT10 lol.

I doubt it was an A6 I was surprised to be able to hear the turbo spool especially over the beast but it didn't have any of the typical stylings such as body claddings and different colored mirrors and it was slow as s*it...

if it had a turbo he had some work done to it....Im pretty sure no audi comes FI besides the TT obiously

I raced an A6 on the freeway a couple of times from about 70-140 and when I would just lave it in 6th he would jump about a car on me then stay there. Then after a little while i would start to pull on him ever so slightly. But, when I would down shift to 5th I would pull away from him like nobodies business.

you should have tried to thrown it into 4th and see how you pulled on him.

They come with a 2.7L twin turbo. They also come with a 4.2L V8. Maybe he added a really load blow off valve or something and that is what you heard.
