headers back from coater :)

Just received my bassani headers back from getting ceramic coated. They turned out great don't you think.

What size flange is that though? Looks like 2.5". Isn't that a little too small for an engine as big as ours?

Unfortunately yes they are but that is the norm for all headers for our trucks. Jump up to 3" right after that flange. I did this mainly for looks as I am going to make more than enough power. I bought them used from a member on here.

Yes sir stock internals. 50k. Build is going slowly unfortunately. I have 2 herniated discs in my lower back right now I am dealing with. Should start coming along now though been waiting on headers to do my side exit exhaust.

headers came out great man! How long does a ceramic coat last? will it peel over time?

That there is some real nice eye candy!!

If you don't mind, who did the coating and what did they charge you?

Also if the back dosn't get any better they would look REAL nice on my truck, Just Say'n

Even inside is coated as much as possible. Excellent quality

I will keep that in mind if I don't use them lol

Honestly depends on alot of things. Depends on quality of job and product used some are better than others like everything out there. Will last a really ling time though.

I am using these 3" bassani x-pipe no cats and spintech mufflers run through frame and side exit. Can't wait to hear it. I have bolts and gaskets on the way
