For those who don't disconnect the battery, make sure to charge the battery every couple months to keep the bat in good condition. My truck been sleeping for the last two months so I thought Ide charge it today.

Also fill the tires to 40 psi, while put away for winter.

You're telling me you don't enjoy the thump... thump... thump... from flat spotter tires :)

Hook it up to a battery tender and forget about it until spring.

That works toooooo!!!

Im waiting till it gets above 20 to do my mid winter check up. Cant wait till spring.

I had to use mine 3 times this winter with some pretty crazy snow on the roads. I was pissed!! Cant get my little 78 Honda (Carburador) to turn on in the super cold days. Battery wise, i dont have a bettery tender so i just open the garage door and start it every other week.

It's been cold here for the last two weeks, single digits and below 0 at night. Today 31 degrees T shirt weather. :D

Yes rapid and the black hills i miss it the weather the drives. Now you got me thinking of moving back . :D

I drive the Viper and the SRT10 all the time during the winter...

Don't have a clue what yall are talking about.....

Mine is garage living. Gets started and driven on nice days.
It's currently 9 outside and they coated the roads with more salt than we got snow. Nice days seem long gone. Might have to put it up on jack stands with a tender and wait till spring to play. I'm gonna move back to Florida winter sucks.

So you guys really don't drive your trucks in the winter? Not even with sandbags?

If it's nice I will. If there is salt or snow, she is in the garage. The only time I have driven in the rain was because I got caught in a thunderstorm. I have a jeep for bad weather. It's less to clean and still looks good dirty. Oh and 4x4 that helps.

No! Not with mag water & salt on the streets.

Ok, I can understand in the Dakotas. Your winters are a different animal! Here in Columbus, OH we don't get heavy snow but that salt is still an issue. I just wash my truck every week and just recently got a daily but still alternate.

I don't know if I could put my truck away for a whole season!

72 degrees in atlanta today, I drive my truck every other day. Winter, fall, dont matter. We dont get snow if ever, thankfully.
