CAT (caterpillar) oil filter

But hey the climate control people should love every car with one on it as it burns more of the emissions lol

I will send an Invoice, 30 days net, with the understanding of a 52% interest penalty for delinquent payment(s).

The 52% is what I was charged (Income Tax) when I was working and it sounded like such a fair amount, I thought I should charge it back!
