Thanks Steve, the guy I bought them from went to install it and quit before doing so, he didn't like the idea of having to cut them to fit, doesn't bother me a bit. He did take his other mids off and then used the hardware from boomer's to re-install the factory mids.

oh ya, I doubt it matters but these are boomer's original mids, is there a gasket or donut required as well?
