    wireless connection grrrrrrr

Make sure you are using WPA2 with AES encryption. Hiding he SSID does nothing, so don't do that as a security feature. WEP can be cracked in less that 30 secs. WPA takes slightly longer. Use WPA2. -Muzzy

    Pumping clutch pedal between shifts

When the seal wears out in a master cylinder (brake, clutch, etc.) fluid pushes past the piston. After the pedal is released, air will get pulled passed the seal (from reservoir) into the line. If you have ever bled brakes after replacing a faulty master cylinder, the fluid is usually milky from...

    Pumping clutch pedal between shifts

I am sure the stock plastic hydraulics do not help. They are cheap. It sounds like you have air in the line. You can try bleeding the clutch hydraulics and see if that cures the problem. If the master or slave cylinder is worn out, you will continue to get air in the line until they are...

PRAYERS AND THOUGHTS...MR. JOHN T. HARGRAVES "SUPERCAR 1 OF 1'

Although I did not know John, it is very sad to hear about his passing. My prayers go to those that knew him and will miss him. RIP John and God bless those for remembering. -Muzzy

    Tires!!

I would go with the Nitto NT420S. I had the BFG's on the SRT-4. They are an excellent track tire. They are horrible street tires. Poor traction in anything but sun and dry pavement. They were quiet until we got about 5K miles on them. I didn't realize just how loud they were until I...

    Some summer pics

Thanks for all the positive feedback. I was reluctant to coat the headlights, but after it was done I was glad I went through with it. I am debating if I want to do the fog and center brake lights too. I just worry that someone won't be able to see my brake lights well and hit me. I suppose I...

best product to remove tree sap

THIS is probably what they used. That is what I use on my vehicles if they get some spots or stains that I can't get clean off via the usual means. I use the Porter Cable 7424 DA orbital with the white foam polish pad. -Muzzy

    fukken wax!

There is nothing like a good carnuba wax. I used Zymol paste wax for years until a buddy of mine told me to try Turtlewax Ice. I tried Ice and it works well. You can even use it on plastics and it doesn't turn them white. It is easy to apply and buff. However, it doesn't seem to last very...

    Some summer pics

I had to wear my sunglasses looking at the full size images :D I wish I could take all the credit, but that Meguiar's NXT Generation Tech Wax 2.0 is the stuff. Blows away anything I've used before. -Muzzy

    Catless Mids

If you are that concerned, you could get a set of catless mids and keep the stock ones. If you need to take the truck in for warranty, just swap the stock units back in. If you go catless, you need O2 sims for the downstream sensors. There are mechanical ones and electronic ones. I have...

Changing Spark Plugs, just a little help needed

Most auto part stores have a threads chaser for spark plugs. I would pick one up and run it down to make sure the threads are good. Make sure you are are starting the plugs by hand before tightening with a ratchet. If it is cross-threaded, you will have to get a thread repair kit. -Muzzy

    Whats your Spark Plugs?

I have had the E3's in for about a month now. I haven't driven the truck much, but the few times I have it seems to start easier (not that it was hard to start before) and it definitely idles smoother. It seems to run a little better as in throttle response. However, I need more time before I...

    sub woofer or amp trouble??

I just replaced my amp and sub. I am using an Infinity Kappa Perfect 10.1 sub in a vented enclosure (it is tuned to 30 Hz). I am driving it with a Fosgate Punch 150 in mono. It feels like it's going to blow the windows out. Things you'll need: Quality two channel or mono sub amp...

    CHRYSLER RE-OPENS FIRST PLANT!

The Viper probably has the highest profit margin of any of the Chrysler vehicles. If they have orders to fill, then that is money coming in. -Muzzy

    Another one down

I responded to a call last fall with a lady that swerved to miss a deer and took out a utility pole. Airbag deployed, there was pretty good damage to the front of the car, but not as much as I would have expected for taking down a utility pole. We transported her per SOP, but she was out of...

    Another one down

Only 7K miles on it too. Looks like they hit a tree or utility pole that fell on it.
