no, in the center console of the truck, when you lift the lid, the part that is fabric gets replaced with one of these inserts...just unsnap the ring around the fabric piece and put this in its place, then reinstall ring...pretty easy to do.

yes he retests in a year for his second degree and then again at 16 for his 3rd degree. each of these are junior black belts. then he has to wait from 16 until he is 27 (for what i dont know):dontknow: to receive his full black belt, but i believe that each of the degrees follow at this...

i think all of you guys are reading too much into it...it was never stated that a vendor complained. a member brought up the possibility, but thats it. i think they were just laying some ground rules for people selling stuff in order to protect the vendors from the possibility of losing...
