Every time i had a question i would give B & G a call and they would answer on the second ring and helped me out. I did send my pcm to DC to get the vin flashed though (closer to home) and had no problems there either.

Im pretty sure its none of the above! I say syncros! I had the same issue with mine and after spending alot of time adjusting, bleeding the lines, replacing hydraulics and clutch the problem was still there. Good luck!
