    Changed my Shocks....

I would still bottom out the Billsteins when pushing it hard in the corners but only when the surface was uneven or really pressed. With the QA1's on 12, its hard to get them to bottom out and are not bouncy at all. The problem is, our trucks are so heavy, that trying to correct understeer is...

    Changed my Shocks....

I have found it difficult to get the optimum setup for daily driving. The Bilsteins (IMHO) perform great for cruising down the road and hitting the twisties hard. They have a wide progressive range for an OEM shock. The QA1's are a great option if you go to the track and want to dial your...

    Engine Longevity??????

If it was put together right at the factory and you take care of it...150-200k shouldnt be a problem. If you drive the shit out of it like I do...then you build up calluses on your fingers from keeping them crossed :D

    Changed my Shocks....

The best my truck handled for everyday driving was with the OEM shocks and XMetal drop kit. I am running QA'1s now but are really only good at the track.....

Who is Running the General Grabber Tires?

The Generals are an upgrade from the Pirelli's for everyday driving and are a great rain tire! They dont perform as well as the Perelli's when pushed hard for any significant durations. Most people would like them and for the price I have no complaints ;) Considering I get about 6-7k miles...

hmmm, in Mexico and not having real tequila is a shame :( Talk to the concierge and get the scoop on what they have locally (locally= what they can get you in 10-15 mins ) in regards to good tequila. 3 fingers of a nice anejo will set you right ;)

Dyno'd my truck today too. Have questions

I have had two identical 05's with identical mods on the same dyno. One dyno'd 18rwhp and 20ft lbs less than the other. I would guess there is at least a 40hp window on these engines coming from the factory.
